What kinds of transactions can I dispute?

You can dispute most transaction types in your app. However, we don’t accept disputes for certain transaction types, including those related to certain bank features. These include:

  • Bill payments you make with Checkbook.
  • Paper checks you mail from your app.
  • Round-up transfers into your Savings Account.
  • Money transfers between different accounts that are in your name.
  • Adjustments that makes to your account balance that are the result of disputes with external banks (e.g., a chargeback payment).
  • Wage garnishments and levies.
